Seriously, where have these acnes patches been all my life?! The Cica Calming Blemish Patches work wonders overnight. They significantly reduce the size and redness of my breakouts. I always keep a pack of these handy. So affordable and effective.

Good serums, but the packaging needs work.

I bought the Vitamin C + E Super Brightening Treatment and the Alpha Arbutin & Niacinamide serum during their BOGO sale. The products themselves are quite good, my skin definitely looks brighter and more even. However, the dropper on the Vitamin C bottle is a bit fiddly and sometimes leaks a little product. For the price, I wish the packaging felt a bit more premium. Still, effective serums.

Good products, but delivery needs improvement.

I ordered the Hyaluronic Hydrating Serum and the Eye Cream for dark circles during their flash sale. The products themselves are quite good for the price, feel nice on the skin. However, the delivery took over a week, which was a bit frustrating. The tracking info wasn't always up to date either. Hope they can speed that up.

Holy Grail for Dry Skin!

I've been struggling with dry, flaky skin for ages and decided to try Dot & Key's Ceramides & Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer. OMG, what a difference! My skin feels so plump and hydrated, and it doesn't leave that greasy feeling. Shipping was super fast too, got it in like 3 days. Definitely repurchasing!

Loving the sunscreen!

Finally found a sunscreen that doesn't feel heavy or leave a white cast! The Watermelon Superglow SPF 50 is amazing. It blends in so smoothly and even gives a nice subtle glow. Plus, the scent is fresh. Big thumbs up from me!

Okay face wash, customer service was helpful though.

I tried the Strawberry Face Wash, and it's... fine. It cleanses well enough but didn't really do anything spectacular for my acne-prone skin. I had an issue with tracking my order initially, and their customer service chat was really quick and helpful in resolving it. So, while the product was just okay, the support was excellent.

Love the Night Reset Retinol! (Almost)

This retinol serum is actually amazing! I've seen a noticeable difference in my skin texture and fine lines after a month of consistent use. My only tiny gripe is the pump dispenser feels a bit flimsy sometimes, like it might break. But the product inside is top-notch. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about ordering.

Disappointed with the Vitamin C serum.

Picked up their Ceramide + Hyaluronic cleanser and the probiotic moisturizer. They're both pretty basic but get the job done and don't irritate my skin. I got them because of a BOGO offer, so it felt like good value for money. Nothing revolutionary, but solid, reliable skincare.
